Our Management Team

Shefrin and Associates offers over 40 years of combined experience and industry contacts in college and charter school recruiting, brokerage and consulting activities.


Our Associates are well networked to fill your management employment needs. Our procedures to qualify prospective job candidates include: extensive reference checks, acceptable salary range, willingness to relocate and other related factors which help us to fit candidate to client.


Our firm is skilled at matching sellers and buyers together for sale of career colleges (For-Profit & Not-for-Profit), corporate training and continuing education companies, private K-12, as well as identifying strategic investors for expansion and growth opportunities. We possess a deep understanding of the unique industry-specific factors involved in these sectors of education and have an enviable record of achievement and success, as well as a robust network of contacts, many of whom had longstanding relationships with our founder David Shefrin.

At Shefrin and Associates our agency agreements are generally with the seller. As such the seller pays the transaction fee, but only upon success.  We have from time to time entered into “buy side” agreements as well.  Ask us for details.
