JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS:
1. Prepares annual and long range business plans.
2. Meets key financial and operations targets.
3. Meets long-range plan milestones.
4. Ensures human resources are managed and developed.
5. Meets federal, state and accreditation and licensing standards.
6. Maintains internal and external relationships. Develops and maintains political and community relationships
7. Assures the facilities are properly maintained and provided under favorable leases.
8. Leads the review of productivity measures in all functional areas, forging improvements in performance as reflected in these measures.
